ABOUT ME

I would like to introduce myself and give you a little bit of background on how I became involved in the fitness industry and why I am passionate about all levels of fitness, sports and nutrition.

My name is Darren Wilson and I have been involved in competitive sports since I was 8 years old starting with football and rugby and progressing to boxing.

I became involved in boxing from 9 years of age but an injury and medical guidance forced early retirement at the tender age of 21. From this I turned my focus to coaching amateur boxing, slowly working my way into professional boxing whilst also gaining my qualifications in coaching and nutrition.

At this point in my career I am extremely fortunate to be able to work alongside a range of clients while traveling the world with Boxing and UFC, i love helping everyone including all my Professional Sportsmen and women and my personal training clients with their different goals including their fitness and nutritional goals, from individual gym users with a weight loss plan, to sports teams with specific fitness requirements. I have worked with a range of Premiership footballers and Super League and British Lions rugby players. I am also heavily involved in the training of all levels of boxing, coaching beginners from a young age right through to Welsh, British and Commonwealth level in the professional ranks. Including 2 time World Champion boxer Nathan Cleverly, Ibo and European Champion Jason Cook, Commenwealth Champ Jamie Arthur and loads of others, My current professional boxers are JJ Evans and Jermaine Asare.

I also train current UFC Bantamweight fighter Brett Johns who has also won Titan and Cage Warrior World Titles.

Is This Program A Crash Diet?

No the aim of the program is to transform the way you look, feel & perform whilst allowing you to continue to eat the foods you love and have the flexibility to lead a balanced lifestyle.

What Happens After The Program?

The goal of the program is to also give you the knowledge so that you aren't reliant on a coach for the rest of your life. We will educate you throughout the whole process to make sure that you understand the reasons behind the methods used throughout your program.

How Much Support Do I Receive?

You will have 1-1 communication with your coach for support whenever you require it. In addition to this you will also have a checkin each week to review your progress and make sure that you're consistently progressing every single week.

Can I Still Eat Out?

We actually suggest that you do! We will educate you on the principles needed to give you the flexibility to continue to enjoy all of the foods that you love whilst achieving word class results.

How Many Hours Do I Need A Week?

You will only need to commit to 3x 45 minute training sessions a week that will be designed to fit around both your schedule and the equipment that you have available.
